FREE GREEN TOMATOES

Green tomatoes are fried well before frying. Crispy on the outside, delicious on the inside, and delicious too!

Ingredients:

 4 large green tomatoes
 2 eggs
 1/2 cup milk
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 1/2 cup corn
 1/2 cup bread crumbs
 2 tea spoon coarse kosher salt
 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 1 liter vegetable oil for frying

How to make fried green tomatoes:

Cut the tomatoes into 1/2 cm wide pieces. Finally stop.
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a medium bowl. Cut the dough into a plate. In another plate, mix the corn, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. To cook, place the tomatoes in the flour. Then put the tomatoes into the milk and mix the eggs. Poke holes in the bread so it bakes properly.
Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet (enough to leave 1/2 inch of oil in the pan) and heat over medium heat. Add the tomatoes to the pan in 4 or 5 times, depending on the size of your pan. Do not stack the tomatoes on top of each other, they should not touch each other. When the tomatoes are cooked, open them and fry the other side. Drop the mail.
