Ingredients

4 large tomatoes

1 lb.Ground beef

1 package Taco seasoning

4 C. Raw spinach

½ C. Corn

½ C. Grated cheddar cheese

Parsley for decoration

Method:
Put the oven on 3-75 Preheat degrees.
Place the minced meat and onions in a pan over medium-high heat.Saute until onions are soft and meat is completely browned. Drain off any remaining fat.

Stir in taco seasoning, corn, and spinach until spinach is completely melted.

Fill the tomatoes with the taco mixture and sprinkle the cheese on top.Bake for 15 minutes.
