INGREDIENTS:
5 links sweet or spicy Italian sausage, sliced and sautéed
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 large red pepper, sliced
1 large yellow bell pepper , sliced
1/2 medium red onion, sliced Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
1 small head radicchio, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large skillet, fry the sausage with a little olive oil until is cooked and no longer pink.
Mix the sliced peppers, onions and radicchio in a salad bowl. Top with boiled sausage. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste
