  1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
    • Stir in the chopped parsley and cilantro to incorporate.
