No-Bake Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use the back of a spoon or a measuring cup to press the crust firmly.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Prepare the Topping:
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe or spread the whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake filling.
- Chill:
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve:
