No-bake Classic Woolworth Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz) lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
3 cups Graham cracker crumbs (1 box), chopped
1 stick (1/2 (cup) Prepare Jell-O: Squeeze
Lemon Jell-O into 1 cup boiling water mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 pan and pour the remainder over the dessert.
Whisk the milk:
Beat the cold or whipped cream in a large bowl until smooth.
Mixing the filling:
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and lemon juice with a mixer until smooth.
Gradually add Jell-O thickened cream cheese mixture and mix gently.
Carefully dip into whipped cream or lotion.
Cheesecake Assembly:
Spread filling over mixture in a 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Cheesecake:
For best results, place cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Make sure it is covered in cold weather.
