No Bake Peanut Butter Eclair Cake – peanut butter, whipped cream and chocolate graham crackers and chocolate on top. The longer it sits in the refrigerator, the better it gets; Waiting for food is VERY difficult. Very good. People love this simple recipe! I
Ingredients
Place all the grahams in the bottom of the pan.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix pudding with milk and peanut butter; Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour half of the pudding mixture over the Grahams. Place another layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the pudding layer. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the top and top with another layer of graham cracker crumbs.
Heat the prepared cream bowl, uncovered, in the microwave for 1 minute. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
