No Less Banana Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
° 12 whole Graham leaves – finely ground ° 9 tablespoons butter – melted
° 1/3 cup Sweet Sugar
° 8 ounces cream cheese – softened ° 1 cups 2 ½ cups hot sugar sauce
*Method:
Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until all the oil is covered in the dough and the mixture holds together when pressed.
Pour this into your baking dish and top with crushed graham crackers. Put aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ¼ cup butter, and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough and spread over the top. Then divide the banana slices on top and carefully fold the creamy mixture. Spread the pineapple pieces over the banana with a cold hand. Finally, decorate the dessert with pistachios, cherries and a hot dessert.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before cutting.
