Pumped potatoes

3/4 discontinued Ceddar Raid
3/2007 Jack Outdoors Eighteen 1/2 inch
1/2 cup panko bread cum
teaspoon salt

1 large egg, beaten
Frying oil
Preparation
Mix potatoes, crumbled cheese, bacon and bacon. green onions in a large bowl. Divide into eighteen 1/4 cup portions. Roll each piece around the block of cheese so that it is completely coated and forms a ball. Leave it in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 30 minutes.

In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Place the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip the potato balls into the egg, stir into the mixture, and whisk to help coat.
Heat oil in electric skillet or deep fryer to 375°. Fry the potato balls, one at a time, for 2 minutes until golden brown.
