4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional for garnish: smoked paprika

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped eggs and crumbled tuna
Add the celery and onion and Mix well with the tuna and egg mixture.
In a separate small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.Gently fold the creamy dressing into the tuna and egg mixture to create an even layer.

Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to integrate.
Mix again before serving and season again if necessary.
