recipe for oven-fresh mashed potatoes
Ingredients:
2 potatoes, peeled and cored
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Start by gathering all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) to preheat and get ready to bake.
Potato Sauce:
Place diced potatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in an airtight plastic bag. Close the bag tightly and shake well until the potatoes are well coated with herbs and oil.
Prepare the bread:
Remove the potatoes from the bag and spread them in an even layer on the baking tray. Make sure the noodles are not too full so they cook properly and have a nice texture.
Baking:
Place a baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the potato wedges for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown and easily pierced.
How to:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly on the baking tray for a few minutes. They are great served and can be paired with your favorite dip or enjoyed on their own.
