ROTEL TACOS
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 package taco seasoning mix
12 taco shells
Your favorite taco toppings, such as shredded lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese , queso , sour cream and guacamole
Instructions:
In a large pan, fry the minced meat over medium heat. Drain off excess fat. Add
Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, taco seasoning mix, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and sauce has thickened.Pour the meat mixture into the tacos. Top with your favorite taco toppings and serve.
