Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
2-3 pounds skinless chicken breasts ((4 medium chicken breasts)) paprika (with juice)
4 ounce canned chopped greens
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
15-ounce container salsa con queso
Street taco flour tortillas
crumbles, olive oil, diced tomato, and cilantro (optional garnish)
Directions:
Lightly coat the front of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Place skinless chicken fillets in slow cooker. Sprinkle
Taco seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper over chicken breasts.
Pour 350 ml of tomato and red pepper and 100 ml of green pepper over the seasoned chicken fillets. Cook for about 4 hours.
Once the chicken is done cooking, use 2 forks to shred the chicken breasts.
Pour some of the salsa con queso over the chicken and stir to combine. .
