Spaghetti and meatballs

Ingredients:

– 450 g minced meat
– 1/2 cup bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oil, garlic, egg, salt and pepper until well combined.
2. Form mixture into 1-inch patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and fry until brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and let them sit over low heat for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
