Seafood Foil Pack Dinner
An easy, flavorful, and mess-free way to cook seafood! These foil packs are loaded with shrimp, fish, and veggies, sealed with herbs and butter, and baked or grilled to perfection. Perfect for a quick, healthy meal! 😍🔥
Ingredients:

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat the grill to medium-high. Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil. 🏡🔥
2️⃣ Parboil the Potatoes: Boil baby potatoes for 5 minutes to soften slightly, then drain. 🥔⏳
3️⃣ Assemble the Packs: Divide shrimp, fish, potatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion evenly among the foil sheets. 🥒🐟🌶️
4️⃣ Season & Seal: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle over the seafood and veggies. Fold the foil over and seal tightly. 🧈🍋✨
5️⃣ Cook:
🔥 Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
🔥 Grill: Place packs on the grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping once.
