Top of Pot Clear Chicken

Ingredients:

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables 2 cans
cream of chicken soup (30 ml each)

2 tablespoons
cooking oil
1/4 cup milk or cream
Salt and pepper Spices to taste
Mr. Biscuit Mix with Red Lobster Cheddar
1 box
Chicken on the Pot Boiled Chicken in the Pot

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a large mixin bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, and milk (or cream) and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well mixed.
Place chicken mixture in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish and distribute evenly. Prepare
Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix according to package directions.
Pour a tablespoon of cookie dough over the chicken mixture and cover in an even layer.
Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and chicken mixture is bubbly.
To make serving easier, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
