Ultimate Cheesy Beef in the Oven
Ingredients:
1 kilo ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can meatballs, unsalted
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups uncooked eggs
1 cup cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Oven preheat to 350°F.
