Cowboy Beans

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, drained

½ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Add the diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in the pinto beans, baked beans, barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
Fold in the cooked bacon.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or oven-safe casserole dish.
