Easy Cheeseburger Cake

Ingredients:
cooking spray
1 pound fat (at least 80%) ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 cup milk
0.5 cup Original Bisquick Mix
2 large eggs
0, 5 teaspoons salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
Cook beef and onion in a medium skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and crumbly, 8 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix milk, Bisquick and eggs in a small bowl.
Finely chop the beef and onion; transfer is planned. Season to taste with salt, sprinkle with cheddar and pour over Bisquick mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
