1 egg
250ml (1 container) of milk
2 tbsp oil
1 container of flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of preparing powder
Add egg yolks and sugar to the blending bowl.
Whisk with a mixer.
Add drain, oil, and filtered flour.
Mix.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites.
Mix with the primary blend and include the preparing powder.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Bake in a pan.
Drizzle with maple syrup and serve
