Potatoes with eggs

Young, mashed and boiled potatoes
– 2 minced garlic cloves
– Egg yolk
– Boiled egg
– Salt and black pepper
– Oil for frying
Ground hornet

The way
All ingredients knead well.
The disks are formed, then filled with a piece of boiled egg and sealed.
Scramble eggs with segments, leave to rest in the freezer for an hour and then fry in oil.
Wrapped on kitchen paper and served hot.
