Taco Coins. This Mexican-inspired main dish is perfect for picky eaters! Everyone, including kids, will love this quick and easy recipe. It’s made with a few simple and inexpensive ingredients: ground meat, cream cheese, salsa, pasta shells.
Ingredients:
8 oz. Jumbo Shell Pasta
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 package Taco Seasoning
5 oz. Cream cheese
ΒΌ C. Green onion
1 C. Cheese taco mix
Prepare taco shellse
Boil large patties until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water to prevent pan from sticking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add the minced meat to the pan over medium heat and cook until well browned. Get rid of excess fat.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the
Taco seasoning packet, cream cheese, and salsa to the skillet with the beef and stir until the cream cheese is completely melted. Let the meat mixture cool.
Add the cooked pasta and beef mixture along with the jumbo shells and place in a well-greased 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with fried green onions and serve.
