Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cans shredded tuna (5 oz each)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yogurt (or crème fraîche)
1 tablespoon Dijon
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 red onion, chopped /4 cups ground meat
1/4 cup fruit, cubed
1 tablespoon juice of 1 fresh lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: lettuce leaves, tomato slices, bread or stuffing, etc.
Tuna Salad Recipe

Instructions:

Large Mix Add tuna flakes to a bowl. , mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or crème fraîche), Dijon mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are well mixed.
Add chopped celery, chopped red onion, roasted potatoes and fresh lemon juice to the bowl. Animate the connection. Add salt and pepper to the tuna salad. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the tuna salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop properly.
Once cooled, serve the tuna salad on lettuce leaves and chopped tomatoes, on sandwiches or wraps.
