Ingredients:

1/4 C. sliced ​​deli ham
bacon strips, cooked and beaten
2 eggs
2 scallions, green, chopped
1 C. Colby cheese, chopped
1/2 T. butter
extra flour

PREPARATION:

Use my biscuit cookies. Until then, set aside before adding the milk.
Melt the butter in a small pan, add the onion and cook for a minute or two to soften, add 2 eggs and start by stirring gently.

Remove the eggs as soon as they begin to harden. Add bacon, ham, egg, and onion to the cookie mixture and whisk with a fork to combine everything with the cookie mixture. Add the cheese again, mix well.

Gradually add the oil and mix everything into a smooth dough using a fork (it will be sticky). Grease a baking sheet or cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Take some well-floured cookie dough, roll it in your hands, place it on the pan and stretch it out.

Continue with remaining flour. When the bottom begins to brown, bake for 15-17 minutes, moving from the bottom of the oven to the top. Remove the tops of the cookies and spread butter on them.
